With registered head office located in Badadoz, Spain, the company was incorporated in December 1970. The company's products are in different forms such as ampoules, tablets, capsules, vials, ointments, powders, solutions and suspensions. These products are used for internal and external purposes, among others. The company is one of the operating units of the Spain-based Grupo Cofares (Cofares Group), whose primary activity is centralised healthcare products purchase and distribution. The group is the leading drug distributor in Spain with an association of 3,000 pharmacies.
